360 Evaluation
唔係昂平360,亦都唔係中環置地既Three Sixty,而係我7月中去台灣開會前一日,公司會請顧問公司黎conduct一個名為"Transformation Workshop";係專為一d marketing既Department Heads而設,教我地點樣做一個好上司,好coacher既一日課程。
呢個世界無免費午餐,有咁既training,之前既準備功課都唔會少。除左十來張discussion questions要填好去做討論素材,最擾人既係要搵各方友好幫我做個360 degrees evaluation; 即係要邀請數個managers/direct reports/peers去評鑑我作為一個老細識唔識lead人。
Workshop前一日會出個report比番我睇人地覺得我既好與壞。
哈,如果邀請埋裕利去rate,分數一定跌到谷底。

that's what my conpany is using for annual review law...

That will be quite costly woh...since I only came across this once in an Executive Leadship Training also conducted by an outside consultant before.
