秘製沙薑雞

呢間極隱敝既志佳美食坊,位於公司樓下海光街橫巷內;如果唔係早前陪臣哥落黎late lunch,真係唔會留意有呢間野。
好野自然要介紹比班同事,所以呢兩日既lunch都係落黎食佢既招牌"沙薑雞";唔太鹹,而且雞肉勁滑。

奇就奇在並無貼於牆上特別推介,但好多熟客都會知定叫沙薑雞脾飯;佢既飯加埋甜豉油真係有d食粽feel。我就試試新配搭,棄飯點印尼撈麵(即Connie以前推介過既"Mi Goreng"即食撈麵);比丁麵彈牙,而且味精粉........雖然唔健康,但惹味。

  • "Mi Goreng"即食撈麵真係好好味ga! It was recommended by my 印尼 roommate at school :) 雖然唔健康, once in a while....ok la!
