Connie生日宴@莊園
"半個韓國人"既Connie係10月壽星,就揀左頗道地既韓國料理「裝園」為佢慶生。












剛由杭州出trip返港既Charlotte,亦都好比面地一落機即撲出黎出席;哈哈,仲有杭州新鮮空運抵港手信:清雅既Starbucks Hangzhou Tumbler!!!!
韓國料理碟頭一向唔細,如果唔燒烤既話,來來去去都係差不多選擇:石頭飯,泡菜炒豬肉,韓式炒粉絲,韓式年糕,炆牛肋骨,韓式海鮮燒餅,及比較特別少少既蛋包魚。
飯後甜品先係重頭戲:Miranda出品既黑森林蛋糕!!












無Opera咁heavy,蛋糕底好香濃朱古力味;加上面頭頗flakey既朱古力deco,隊一大片都唔覺漏。雖然佢地話當中車厘子有點酸,但我就覺得中和朱古力既甜味剛剛好。

  • 唏,點解少咗粒士多啤梨既?啲車梨子本來會少少dark rum落去會香啲好味啲,不過,Annie唔食得有酒既嘢,所以可能有少少酸味囖.
