雪花冰

聽過好耐,估唔到首度試呢款新刨冰既地點唔係台灣,而係筲箕灣東大街

同Debbie過去搵YY食晏後,發現粥盞隔離新開左間甜品舖:甜品老媽。吸引我地入內既,就係門前一大張"台灣雪花冰"海報

嘗冰既我,點會錯過呢?

店內老媽欠奉,但老爸就一大個坐陣,相信係老版娘既花甲老爹。

車仔台式雪花冰

冰底($22):揀左士多啤梨
配料(各$2):台式白珍珠,愛玉凍,百香果魔豆

雪花冰比傳統刨冰口感幼滑,而且無咁凍。最有趣係個魔豆,望落已經似三文魚子,估唔到咬落一樣會口腔內爆破;不過係百香果汁。份量比台灣既細好多,有點唔夠喉;計落價錢偏貴。

另外YY叫既"特式芒果椰子河粉"($28)都賣相唔差,不過河粉既椰子味道被汁底蓋過。

最搵笨同無特色既要數Debbie既"雪糕三撈"($20),結果只係青檸果凍+朱古力雪糕+5粒西瓜咁大把,大家搭枱一樣一d都撈唔埋

  • It's so close to Taikoo Shing but I never thought of going there for meals!? I guess it's just a habit that I always think of Causeway Bay when I decide to eat out. Maybe it's time to explore other districts!
