又有火雞

西藥部每年聖誕傳統都會每位同事一隻大火雞,鼓勵同事約埋親友共享。

今年也不例外,HR派來了酒店的火雞換領信。由索價過千的JW Marriott轉了去油街的Harbour Grand($850)。

火雞依舊,一樣有配菜,stuffings,pies,多左個鮮蝦荷葉飯:

Butter Ball Turkey-to-go Combo

-Roasted U.S. Butter Ball Turkey

- Cream of Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Pistachio
- Chestnut and Herbs Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry-Orange Sauce
- Brussels Sprouts, Roasted New Potatoes, Baby Carrots
- Fried Rice with Shrimp and Conpoy wrapped in Lotus Leaf
- Sauteed Broccoli "Chinese Style"

Choice of: Homemade Apple Pie/Blueberry Pie/Earl Grey Chocolate
