豆腐料理
年假期間生日的YY,約過年後晚飯差不多要去到月底,
擇日不如撞日,即興就去慶生。
呢排去得SUN好密,但好彩剛轉左有新menu,以豆腐為主題的料理。
豆腐海膽燒($58),豆腐薄餅($55)
豆腐料理3點(湯葉刺身,冷嘗豆腐,海膽燒)($68),松葉蟹肉釜飯($78)
鵝肝牛肉雜錦煮($58) 用績分換的小鯛刺身,和當晚送的福岡草莓 甜品,家陣可以用$10一款試max 6款的迷你版甜品,其實size比平時只是小了點,又可以試多d唔同野,好抵:
自家製豆腐慕絲,豆腐布丁,豆腐雪糕,芝麻布丁,北海道牛奶布丁,綠茶芭菲。
