聽日就返美國既姑姐,今晚邀請我地同姑丈班親戚共兩圍,到堂大佬有會籍既
跑馬地CCC(高利華木球會)新翼中菜廳食大閘蟹。
先黎個
燒味拼盤暖一暖身,
主角大閘蟹馬上登場!隻隻都有手掌般大,而且預左每人兩隻;梁師奶就唔好蟹黃,我亦都
怕拆蟹麻煩,當然結果都要打包留待好蟹之仕慢慢享用。
其他既菜式
份量都好大,而且味道拍得住西苑:
香酥荔芋臘味盒,花膠蛇羹,蜜糖豆炒帶子桂花蚌,煎封筍殼魚,瑤柱扒豆苗,瓦窯豉油雞,生炒糯米飯,椰絲蛋散同起晒沙既紅豆沙。梁師奶尤其欣賞條炸都脆仆仆既筍殼魚,因為屋企一定整唔到,佢差不多同人地清碟咁滯。
如果唔係行會員制,廖太聚會又多一個好地方。

Haha! You forgot that I don't take pictures? (I don't even have a camera myself.) But Jeffrey did take a lot of food pictures this time. I think he will post it on facebook later :)
