魔鬼魚鰭

Connie被Boss同阿Moon的可愛近照吸引,一句"好掛住佢地"就安排左今晚去Piann私房菜的飯局;我地其實都係以食飯為名,探狗為實。
一段時間無去食飯,大廚Andy攪攪新意思,提供魔鬼魚鰭作主菜選擇;基於好奇下大家都點了新菜式,唯獨Connie穩陣地選黑毛豬。

1 . Bilic Salmon

2 . Cream of Broccoli with Gammon Ham
3 . Sauteed Snails in A Puff Case
or
Baked Scallop
4 . Tangerine Sorbet with Kumquat Peels,好清新。









5 . Iberico Chop of Pork 黑毛豬,Connie穩陣的選擇。
or
"Aust" Skate Wing 烤焗魔鬼魚鰭,美味。皮香脆,肉質一絲絲但好滑。骨軟到好似食雞軟骨。
6 . Apple Crumble with Ice-cream
