一個獨處的空間
好多時心情唔多好,又唔想太早返屋企時,不期然會行去Starbucks食個甜品。最好仲係越甜越好嗰隻。今晚揀既係,咖啡金箔蛋糕。
唔係純粹為左sugar boost,而係覺得一個人窩在靠窗既大梳化,完全可以將身邊既人同事抽離,靜靜地享受一種好個人既時間。心情未必會因此而變好,但起碼好似有一個私人加油站咁。
真係想像唔到,如果無左Starbucks既日子。

呢樣我好耐無食,不過福字麵都唔錯。太夜啦,再隊多個麵,心情未好之前都肥死。

Music, coffee - sleeping helps, even cleaning too. Weird, eh? But I have to say, food comes to mind most often - comfort foods?

一個人總有d厭悶既時候。In fact,我都既享受唔開心既感覺。因為覺得情緒@谷底,即係話過兩日一定唔會更差。
When things cannot be worse, it will get better.
所以心情唔好既時候,反而可能幫你睇通一d野。
