La Brezza Bistro

唔知是否下午天氣真係轉涼左咁多,定係我開始作病,office越坐越寒(農曆七月??)。所以放工約左卡生同久未見面既路姐食飯,都披多件風褸穩陣。









呢間賣地中海菜既樓上小店,位於上環文咸東街柏廷坊7樓;地鐵站出黎5分鐘即到。十多張枱,更有容納8-10人既private room。裝修簡單清雅。

基本上只有set lunch或dinner menu;後者$368(4 courses meal)或$398(5 courses meal,多一個appetitizer)+10%;因為只係$30差別,我地叫晒後者,6個頭盤大家share。

Appetizer

Pan-fried continental roagie foie gras D'oie served with fresh fruit, served with chef's special strawberry glaze









or
Pan-seared Canada fresh sea scallop on sliced new potato, served with hollandaise dressing









or
Italian San Daniel Parma ham wrapped with fresh Australian asparagus, served with Balsamic vinegar & olive oil









or
Sauteed fresh shrimp salad with sliced avocado, served with Balsamic vinegar










Soup

Homemade lobster bisque with fresh crabmeat & cognac

Cream of pumpkin soup with sea scallop & fresh avocado

Main Course

Char-grilled 1st grade U.S. prime Angus rib eye steak with chef's vegetable fantasy, served with thyme gravy

Char-grilled Japanese Kurobuta(黑豚) steak & roagie foie gras D'oie, served with Bordeaux red wine gravy









or
Char-grilled Australian rack of lamb with steamed mixed vegetables, served with mint yoghurt sauce
or
Pan-fried deep sea black cod filet a la provencale with steamed mix vegetables, served with mango and papaya salsa
or
Rissoto with mixed mushroom and roagie foie gras D'oie served with cream sauce









or
Linguine with fresh seasonal seafood served with tomato cream sauce

Dessert

French style Creme Brulee topped with contemporary freshed mixed berry

Warm molten french 64% dark chocolate cake with Dreyer's vanilla ice-cream

Chef's special homemade blueberry cheesecake with strawberry sauce

Coffee or Tea

新鮮而味道有驚喜,份量亦都頗大;其實女的話叫4 courses都飽。唯獨是甜品我地選既3個choices就普通d。如果有匯豐卡8折仲抵。

開左兩枝紅酒,由8-11pm談天說地到人家打佯;2009年準新娘既路姐兼新任屈臣氏buyer簡直散發著愛情事業兩得意既丰采;羨剎旁人。
