大戶屋
康怡吉之島新裝修後,新開既日本料理。
初頭12pm都人山人海排晒隊,係而家人流回落左d先的起心趕過去食晏。
今朝應付完麻麻煩煩既美國GCA(Global Compliance Auditor),Kerry鬆一大口氣;緊張左兩日心情放鬆胃口果然大開。嚷住要試試上星期"飲食男女"介紹既滑蛋豬扒飯,平時食乜都只係半份既佢,竟然埋頭苦食刷晒,可想而知個audit對佢心理壓力有幾大。
講真,
豬扒就真係唔夠世貿中心「とん吉」做得咁出色鬆脆,反而蛋醬夠濕,飯亦唔會過多剛剛好。
另外既花魚定食雖然大條,但鹹味唔夠,所以燒起黎無咁香口。
整體偏貴,都係老好城市花園既飯堂自然派(改名後既「順壽司」)抵食兼有水準。

Haven't eaten 花魚 for a long time la! Do they still have it at the new 「順壽司」? Why did they change the name? New boss??

仍然有呀,都係$80一客。
老版同壽司師傅都係原班人馬,可能唔想同天后間順壽司混淆。

大戶屋o係日本幾掂o架,平,靚,抵食。呢間成日都咁多人排隊,所以未幫趁過。
