惠比壽:Bar Gianni
以前同奶奶合資意大利料理「繼之介」既光頭日本partner,自因收樓結業後,又響過兩個街口,開多間"Bar Gianni";我地又係捧場,又係踩場。
地方唔大,以白色為主色;形造比較cozy既聊天環境。
間Bar由三個後生仔主理:店長,酒保,同埋一個大爆炸頭配羊咩鬚廚師。
是晚奶奶交帶落,寫左Set menu:
頭盤Sampler - 迷你蛋批,餓肝醬on toast,醋醃墨魚,香菇,洋荵煎鯖魚
黑豚肉碎義大利粉,硬度剛剛好
主菜:香煎黑豚扒,好香軟有豬味,但配菜略嫌簡單左d
甜品:香草Pina Cotta,配酸酸既暖紅莓醬
是晚飲料:蜜桃汁
細微地方見到心思,例如有貓有狗既叉托,杯杯唔同設計既咖啡杯.....

I just picked up the 2nd book of Twilight series, so busy reading it these days, that's why the pace of posting pics slow down as well.
