再到Yorkshire Pudding

差不多係時候要開始plan六月底日本東北之旅,奶奶非常好心機地擬左一個7天行程表:有宮城縣既仙台市,松島,秋保溫泉,山形縣既藏王溫泉,米澤(呀,米澤牛,諗既都流口水),福島縣既Spa Resort Hawaiian渡假村,東京兩晚;真係好似蔡瀾團咁,想唔再肥都唔得。

所以再到Soho既Yorkshire Pudding,傾行程為名,喪食英國野為實。

人多好食作,今次試多好幾樣,其中炸魚薯條最有水準,魚新鮮無腥味,薯條厚切而香脆,再加埋malt vinegar.....

最唔底係叫Side Order:Yorkshire Pudding ($48/4pcs),其實叫湯同燒牛肉都有附送;Brussels Sprouts ($55)最搵笨,寥寥可數得幾粒;Roasted New Potatoes ($50)以為係以前學校炸到香脆既半薯,但用左係細得可憐既新薯,加上一d都唔脆,勁失望。

再encore Apple & Mixed Berries Crumble, 佢地嫌berries既酸味蓋過蘋果味。

我就反而覺得無論gravy同warm custard到太稀同偏淡味,唔夠thick

  • 最欣賞fish & chips同roast beef,魚新鮮,炸得外脆內軟。Brussels Sprouts市面甚少有得賣,有亦唔平,所以得o個幾粒。不過煮到無晒綠色o既!

  • Me too. My favourite dish is the fish and chips. Apple & mixed berries crumble...better take away the berries...so sour...no good!
