講重點

好怕telemarketing。應該咁講,但凡sales approach我都大部份比我dud過。

今日Daisy駁左個搵"梁小姐"既call比我,算佢唔好彩.....

Sales: 梁小姐?我姓張既,家陣阻唔阻你呀?
我(意識到又係sell野,語氣即時急降):你代表邊間公司架?
Sales(窒左窒):我係代表AIA投資...
我(未講完就比我打斷):有乜幫到你?
Sales:無,其實呀梁小姐都應該有買左保險架啦呵....
我(語氣更冷):唔該講重點!
(當時Daisy已經喺出面偷笑)
Sales(一呆):我有一d投資計劃想....
我(再打斷):無興趣。
Sales:eh....唔知幾時....
我:幾時都無興趣。

Carmen成日都話我呢句"講重點呀,唔該!!"嚇到佢連本來想對我講d乜都唔記得。

其實我唔係唔同人講無聊野,不過就算打電話黎係無聊野都會有主題架嘛;如:

- 今日做到好辛苦,想死!!
- 你快d落去買X週刊啦,有F4呀
- 今晚無飯開,出唔出黎?


起碼都比我知道想打黎講乜先得架。通常如果講到第4-5句我都唔知你打黎做乜,就會開始唔耐煩。大佬呀,我唔介意打黎傾閒偈。不過都可以一開始講明:好悶,得唔得閒陪我嗲兩句?(呢句咪係重點囉!!)

  • I have similar experience (not with AIA though) with similar conversation. When I said "幾時都無興趣", the person at the other side said "Bart Por! You don't need to be that inch!"....and then hung up on me before I can respond.....

  • 我唔係話佢衰。佢都係打份工o者。只不過係我勁怕d人sell我野。所以一遇呢d人會變得特別cool。

    不過鍾意d人講野精簡d係真既。

  • 我都最憎晚晚七八點,就有好多乜鬼o野調查訪問電話,我通常一係就食緊飯,一係就係煮緊飯,熱到死咁"mung jang",拎起電話聽到"你好呀,我o地係xxx",就即刻發火:"我唔係幾好呀!",收線...

    講極都講吾到 - 重點!
    跟住我會話:已經過左7分鐘,夠未阿??88!
    我都試過比條女鬧,不過巨講野吾夠我手快,
    係巨總係:八婆阿....阿字為完巨已經同我是去聯絡了...
    舊係呢類人,又無技巧又吾係真心,點會有人幫趁阿,大老?!果些根本就係電話推銷員,絶少真係從業員...真係比呢些人累死的...
