每年Gigi都會響屋企攪一次大閘蟹宴,今年都唔例外;雖然我唔係十分好此道,但平時無乜機會見到佢,連同Connie & Jeffrey再次殺入大埔元嶺村。
屋外又再出動個座地不鏽鋼大蒸籠,非常pro。秋涼坐室外食蟹,別有一番風味。薑茶,暖花雕加話梅,浙醋,拆蟹架生樣樣齊。登登登登,大閘蟹出場!九龍城"新三陽"出品,隻隻重手多膏。我因為拆得太慢,小食多滋味,一隻就夠;其他人當然平均都擺平兩至三隻啦。
除蟹之外,另有肉片炒米粉,Connie買既「西苑」大哥叉燒,同埋陳家多年經驗既招牌作:陳記雞粥!整煲粥用足一隻雞拆肉,有紅棗同花生非常足料,粥底非常綿,好味到無話可說。有幾掂?Connie連隊五碗以表支持,就係鐵證啦。
食緊野唔覺凍,但飯後就越坐越涼;終於都有d深秋既影子。

I had 5 bowls of 雞粥, 2 bowls of vermicelli, 大閘蟹 x 2....haven't eaten like that since our last Taiwan trip ah!
