Brainstorming

今次上黎上海既主要目的,就係sit in佢地既2007 Centrum/Caltrate未來3年既strategic brainstorming session。

大陸廣告駛費大,確係唔同D。自己整條marketing team唔好講,creative agency Leo Burnett成條team加埋個CEO,media agency ZenithOptimedia又係成條team連GM,再加埋PR company既GM,共29人。

朝早8:30am到下午6:30pm,3間公司既人比足一整天我地,分兩組Centrum & Caltrate做呢個"腦震盪"group discussion + presentation.....真係比足面。香港serve我地既agencies,莫講話做呢d咁策略性既討論,有時連過黎開會都懶,telecon就算。

其實呢類型既會,可以啟發大家去一齊定未來3年既road map係好架。須知道我地marketeer好多時對得自己個brand太耐,好多野都係一廂情願。個客唔係永遠岩架嘛,多幾個腦比多d唔同意見,出黎既稿先至sell到一般人架。

  • You should change agencies lar.

    It is not a matter of your media spend. It is a matter of 誠意.

    Nowadays, "腦震盪會" is my major task. Media recommendation is only an executional follow up.

  • I can sense the cultural difference between LB and Bates...

    They are so professional in China!! (and 1/2 of the agency people there are HKese....)

    Impressive.
