Peurte de Prates
離遠可以望到聖家堂
餐廳Purete de Preates座落於蒙特惠奇山 Montjuic上,而且四週也頗有古時的小莊園感覺
一整個下午已經溝了很多不同的酒,估唔到公司竟然會安排了"Wine Matching Menu",方死我地飲唔死:
Traditional Starters
Bread with tomato, Fuet[Catalan pork Sausage], Iberian Chorizo; Wine: Torres "Natureo", and alcohol free wine
EntreeWild mushroom pie with morels sauce;Wine: Torres "Atrium" Chordonnay, D.O. Penedes
Main CourseMedallions of Iberian pork tenderloin with pepper sauce & potatoes au gratin perfumed with thyme; Wine: "Atrium" Merlot D.O. Penedes
DessertStrawberries from Maresme with Catalan custard coulis; Wine: Muscat "Floralis" Alexandria(這隻酒真的很似我家的樂必治!!)
味道唔差,但上菜太慢容易覺飽;加埋之前飲了那麼多杯,真係要剩番幾片豬對佢唔住。
